A healthy home starts with indoor air quality and overall home cleanliness. DHS uses a Lennox high efficiency box media filter on the HVAC system.  It has a MERV rating of 8 and removes dust, mites, pollen, bioairesols, and particles down to 3 microns.  

The central vac system by Beam removes 100% of contacted dust, mites, pollen, animal dander, and other allergens outside the living area to improve air quality by as much as 52%.  This keeps your indoor breathing air much cleaner, not to mention helping to keep household dusting chores to a minimum!!!

Bathroom and kitchen exhaust fans by Broan remove harmful mold inhibiting moisture and unwanted fumes outside the living area.  Some similar homes only have a charcoal filter which puts all contaminants back into the home.  The vented gas fireplace’s DHS uses emits only warmth into the home.  Similar homes use lesser ventless fireplaces which are ban in some states and in more and more new construction.  They emit harmful soot, exhausted fumes, and moisture directly in the home!
